Kingman County Sheriff Randy Hill has written a letter to residents explaining a mailing coming soon from the Kansas Sheriffs' Association.
The mailing will be sent to all residents of the county. It will seek support of the Kansas Sheriff's Association by asking residents to become honorary members. The Sheriffs voted to do a mailing this year instead of a telephone drive due to all of the phone scams, Hill explains.
The Sheriff's letter includes a statement from the KSA.
